last week, I bought a few back-issue comics on ebay, just trying to flesh out some series that I've been collecting (it irks me to know end to have a large part of a series but still be missing a few issues scattered throughout).

everything went fine, except one of the sellers I was buying from sent me the wrong comic. instead of sending me a book barely worth the cover price, he sent me an old issue of Spiderman. haven't looked up the value and I'm not planning on being near an overstreet price guide in the near future, but I'd probably put it in the $35 - $50 range.

I can't decide if I should send it back or just resell it and claim to have gotten the correct book. the packing list that came with it lists it as if the book I ordered was supposed to have been in the package.

What would you do if it was the other way around? Instead of the Spiderman, you recieved the near worthless comic?

You kinda just screwed yourself for even mentioning doing the wrong thing. Now you'll hit some DNT lists for sure.
