would you buy this house for $225,420?

So its not Indian burial ground haunted or little kid haunted but just your standard cheating husband stabbed to death haunted? Knock it down too 200K and I'm game

I don't care about the history. I'd just have a problem moving into a neighborhood surrounded by dirt.

I probably wouldn't buy it

Doubtful...the Ford test track in Dearborn is locked down like a fort. 12 foot walls and such. Sure you as a person could get in but not really with a car.

Which sucks....the dearborn test track has a nice skidpad too
