If I knew 100% it was stolen, no and I might call the popos.

Grey market, or "not obviously stolen" items, yes, I'd buy them, depending on the price. Warranties concern me not, as I have never used one.

I live in Santa Ana happens all the time here a bit down to the south end. Ive been to Oklahoma to visit my cousin and they do it there too.

If I was highly suspect, but wasn't 100% sure, yes.
