I can't think of a single reason for it to be color...

FYI I just called the Apple store (acutal B&M) and the nice lady told me they are expecting the shipment of Nanos either today or tomorrow available for immediate sale (supposedly).

Personally I think the Nano is what the Shuffle should have been. No screen, and no touchpad just kills it entirely.

the ipod nano looks pretty hot, but it's a bit too small and expensive for my liking. plus, i just purchased a grey iriver h10.. 😱

Holy crap, the nano looks amazing!!!

2GB of music (top end of flash players)
Color screen
Dock connector = works with almost all iPod accessories (some will require plastic shroud to work = easy mod.)
Only $199!!!

According to apple's website, looks like it.

i don't get mp3 phones. its no fun listening when you have to remember that each song you enjoy could be draining your phone battery so that it won't be there when you need to call for whatever reason🙁 eat away at your enjoyment. imagine in an emergency you realize u are f8xored because you indulged in mp3 playback. anyways who's pockets are so small they can't carry both a razr and nano?😉
