I'd say it depends on your situation. I tend to go new-only, but after upgrading to a triple monitor setup, the cost of 2 680s/a 690/a Titan was enough to make me consider buying used. Then after dealing with scammers on forums, I began to question whether buying new might be worth the peace of mind...
