hahaha. It's gonna be funny when in 6 generations people have a last name consisting of about 8 hyphenated names.

My wife wouldn't have refused because we have common views on such things and without those similar views on life why the hell would we be in a relationship? You might think it's a "minor" thing but such a "minor" thing is one of the basic social conventions of our culture and if you dont' both share the same views on such basic parts of western european culture then what are you doing in a relationship?
 
I would probably be offended at first but i think i would get over it. Baker is a common last name after all

I could care less but I can't see how at the moment. I truly would in no way be offended, my parents on the other hand are a different story. 😛
