Would upgrading from a 533 MHz to 800 MHz P4 CPU make a big difference?

I thought the laptop's limit was 533 MHz but it turns out it can support the 800 MHz. I was wondering if it was worth selling this one and spending the extra few bucks to buy the 800 MHz of the equivalent or even get a 2.6c 800 MHz?

I'm not overclocking as it will be in a laptop.

In a laptop? I doubt there anything you're doing on the laptop that would warrant the differential. Moreover, 800FSB is optimized with DDR400 memory. You should just save the money and go buy a Core Duo laptop in the future.

Yea, I guess it's limited by the ram since it's PC2700 SODIMM. This laptop isn't for me and was given as a barebones project. Core Duo would be nice but my Centrino is fine for now. :)
