Are you overclocking/using higher voltages? If so, you MAY benefit from a bios update. BIOS updates can add new functionality to a board, fix voltage probs, enable higher voltages, etc.
If you're not overclocking and not experiencing any probs, just leave it alone.
If you do decide to flash it, make sure you use a proven flashing utility that backs up your current bios to the floppy. This way if somethign goes wrong, you can flash back.
