Would this work to stream to the xbox 360?

Ok I used to have Connect360 installed and working fine to stream movies and audio to the 360. But then that quit working. So I got rid of it, then tonight I tried Orb. It didn't work either. So would this idea work does anyone know? Install Windows XP using Parallels, Fusion, or Virtualbox (Preferably Virtualbox), then setup a virtual folder (not sure if that is what it is called or not, basically a folder that links to a folder in OS X) that stores all my music/videos and then install TVersity or some other Xbox 360 streaming software and then just have the virtual desktop open whenever I want to stream to the 360?

This should work, but it would require you to use the VM in Bridged Ethernet mode, so that the VM gets it's own IP on the network. Then programs like TVersity and such, should work. I haven't personally tried this though.

I used Parallels w/ Orb and TVersity to stream to my PS3, so I assume it should work fine to stream to a 360 as well.
