Would this void my traffic ticket?

I have a speeding ticket...theres a box on the side that says "DO NOT WRITE IN THIS SPACE" and the officer that gave me the ticket put all kinds of lines through it and part of a circle. Would this void the ticket? Yes, I am desperate 😛
 
I think that means YOU are not supposed to write in that space. If you can't do the time, don't do the crime...
 
So because he wrote in a space that said do not write here, you are suddenly not guilty?

HAH on my ticket the cop said I weighed brown and that my hair color was 105 and that my eyes were blonde...

I thought about doing the same thing you want to do but then i just paid it

that is how it works. My mom is a clerk of court, shes seen plenty of tickets that have been voided because the officer spelled the defendant's name wrong on the ticket, wrote something wrong, etc. They put that box on there for some reason, and the officer didnt observe what it said.
 
Try talking to the DA. If you don't have a lot of tickets, you can usually plee bargain for something with no points. You pay the fine but save on the insurance. Getting stabbed is slightly better than being shot ; )

Thats already my first plan of action. I have to plead not guilty tomorrow, and I'll try to call the prosecuting attorney sometime next week. If she doesnt wanna bargain...on to the technicalities lol
 
I got out of a ticket when the cop wrote that it was "high traffic" on a road at 3am, in the middle of bumdafawk nowhere.
