Would this micro build work?

I was in the process of putting together a PC and had that thought that I really don't need more capacity for HDD and expansion slots that a micro case provides. Would this setup work?

I'm mainly concerned about:

the Q9550 working well with the P5Q-EM
the ATI 4850 fitting ok inside the case (either a QPack2 or a Thermaltake LANBOX Lite)

would this micro work well?

It should work fine, I guess...

I would also suggest using the Shuttle SG33G5, as it is cheaper and more compact:

Any 45nm CPU and single-slot video card should work just fine on the shuttle...
You may doubt that the 250W PSU is up to the task, but in the review it ran the 8800GT just fine and even overclocked the Q6600 to 3.06GHz...I don't believe the extra 27 watts the HD4850 consumes over the 8800GT are going to break the PSU.

I haven't used the LANBOX, but the card should fit into the X-Qpack2. One caveat is that any card you use that have the power plugs on TOP of the card as opposed to the END of the card will need the bottom optical drive bay modded (holes for the cables) and you will lose use of that bay for drives.
