Would this LCD be compatible?

I can't say for sure, but I looked around a little for new units to see if this was missing anything and I didn't see any adapters.

It says it does PAL and NTSC so I think you can just plug in a regular output from a DVD player to it and have it work.

I really don't know much about car stuff though, so I'm just guessing really.
