total price = 845 with free groundshipping, i dont know if this is a good deal, i checked a review site and the website had all 10 rating with about 120 people, i also want to know if all this stuff will be a good gaming machine.

Yes, good motherboard, but I would get some better memory. I still can;t get a confirmation, but it seems these Athlon64's are picky about memory, so if you go a little over, then they work fine. I can only speak for my own, but this Hyperx PC3500 CAS2 at 218, really screams !!!

You might want to look at some other nForce 3 150 MOBO's just to round out your selection, but yeah it looks fine.
