as long as it says that it can support full sized cards, you should be ok.

If it does, it'll be a wicked tight fit. My friend's X1800XL reached to the end of the motherboard in his Antec Sonata. Since that case is an ATX case and all motherboards are the same width, I don't see why not widthwise. I'd be worried about the heatsink size.

damn... I really like it, I'd slap a LCD on top of it and I'd have a crap load more room on my desk..

The Aspire Qpack supposedlly has more room and better cooling than most other SFF PCs, and I've read people reporting 7800GTs to work fine. TOo bad they don't make any good NF4 mATX mobos.
