Easy - start a bulletin board, like "Oldslist", where you'd be advertising captured movies of speeding commercial trucks. Make it publicly biddable, sell to the highest offer. While I wouldn't take a mortgage based on the projected revenue of this venture, I'd certainly think it would make for some interesting times.

Olds has killed all the hookers in his area and has snorted all the blow.

And is now looking for a new hobby.

At least no puppies were harmed

Say you mount a video camera in your car then drive down the freeway taking video of commercial vehicles license plates, company names and then video the driver speeding or talking on a cell phone.
Then you offer to sell them the video for $100. If they don't want to buy it then you give it to their employer for free.

Talking on your phone isnt illegal everywhere? And most companies wont care if your speeding, as long as you dont get caught.

Record *no* sound! In some locales that is covered under lod wire tap laws ... such as when a cop pulls you over & you record the incident on your cell phone video camera. The sound recording is what will get you in trouble.

That's what I am thinking but maybe you can offer it as a service of some sort since you didn't entice them into the action.

Getting someone to commit a crime and then getting them punished is also a crime, called "entrapment"
