IMO, no, but again, its just my opinion. I don't really care for any of those bands, and really, not for concerts in general.

Then it really wouldn't matter who was playing now huh?

i <3 live music

if its a small venue with not many people, i don't mind

soooooo basically you're saying you liek subpar bands who can't attract crowds?

haha

I know what you're saying though. I saw tool @the pearl in vegas (best. venue. ever). I think it's a 7k seat theater (max, might've been like 3500) and that show was f'n crazy. Not too big of a fan of stadiums and whatnot (which I will unfortunately be going to), but hey, live music is live music.

i just don't like being crammed into tiny uncomfortble seats amongst tons of people. i don't have a good time if i'm not comfortable. it seems like you inevitably have to stand just see the stage and i can't stand for long periods of time. I also don't listening to other people taklking, yelling, clapping, etc over the music.

I don't see how its demanding. I don't go to a concert and demand I have a large cushioned seat and no people within 15 ft of me, etc. I just don't go to concerts instead.

Can't speak for VR, but if I were the type to spend that much on concerts, I'd do it to see FF and Smashing Pumpkins.

do you have a degree of social anxiety disorder? or OCD? i'm not trying to be offensive, i just don't understand the concept of not enjoying concerts.

do you avoid crowded bars/restaurants as well?

I've never been officially diagnosed with anything, but I've never been tested either. I'm definitely not very social.

i try to avoid crowds period. I very rarely go to bars and actual non-fast food restaurants.
don't get me wrong, i enjoy live music, i just don't enjoy the stuff i mentioned that goes with the music.
