Alright, I currently have the following games:

The games I have for the Xbox 360 are:

Battlefield Bad Company
Bioshock
Burnout Paradise(don't play it)
Call of Duty 3
Call of Duty 4
Call of Duty: World at War
Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena
Fable(Xbox originals)
Fable 2
Gears of War
Gears of War 2
GRAW 1
Halo 1(Xbox originals)
Halo 3
Mass Effect
Prototype
Resident Evil 5

I also rented and beat R6V1 last year on the PS3 and liked it.

I have the following XBLA games:

Doom
N+
And maybe a couple of others that I can't remember

I also have the following games on the PS3:

Assassin's Creed(didn't care for it)
Fallout 3
Far Cry 2
LittleBigPlanet
MGS4
Oblivion
Orange Box
Resistance 1: Fall of Man

With all that said, Here's the lists of games I want to get:

Xbox 360:

Battlestations: Midway
Battlestations: Pacific
Batman AA
Blazing Angels 2
Borderlands when it comes out
Capcom Triple Pack
COD 6: Modern Warfare 2 when it comes out
Dead Space
Dragon Age when it comes out
GRAW 2
Halo ODST
Halo Wars
Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising when it comes out
R6V
R6V2
Saints Row 1
Saints Row 2

XBLA:
Braid
Castlevania: SOTN
Defense Grid: Awakening
Shadow Complex
Splosion Man

PS3:
Demon's Soul
Killzone 2
Ninja Gaiden Sigma 1
Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2
Resistance 2
Uncharted
Uncharted 2 when it comes out
Valkyria Chronicles
Wipeout HD and Fury off PSN

So would that be a good list of games to get?

Battlestations: Midway is one of the most underrated games on the 360. It's a prefect mix of action and strategy. Best naval warfare game I've ever played.

That isn't saying much ;)

Honestly, I never found naval warfare games that interesting, but I'm willing to try anything. Is there a demo out?

Win the lottery by chance? Most people buy the car. Anyway... Uncharted and Wipeout HD are pretty much musts for the PS3.

As for your 360 choices, Arkham Asylum is a must. Battlestations is underrated for a reason. Skip out on Blazing Angels entirely. The PC version of the original was an absolute disgrace of a game. They actually gave up trying to fix it. I doubt it's been improved much. If you want a WW2 flight game, get IL-2 Birds of Prey instead.

I guess I got carried away with that huge list.... so here's a revised list, this time I only want the best from this list:

4. Dragon Age
5. Saints Row 2
6. Rainbow Six Vegas 2

List of other/older games I'm considering for Xbox 360:

1. Army of Two
2. COD 2(played for PC but considering getting for Xbox 360)
3. Call of Juarez 1 and 2
4. Fallout 3 GOTY Edition despite having Fallout 3 for the PS3
5. Fear 2
6. GRAW 2
7. Halo 2(I have Halo 1 off Xbox classics and Halo 3)
8. Halo Wars
9. Perfect Dark Zero
10. Red Faction Guerilla
11. Capcom Triple Pack(with Dead Rising, Lost Planet, and Devil May Cry 4)
12. Ninja Gaiden Black
13. Ninja Gaiden 2

Shadow Complex
Splosion Man

1. Demon's Soul
2. Killzone 2
3. Ratchet: A crack in Time

Braid, Shadow Complex and Defense Grid are all nice XBLA games. Splosion Man didn't really do it for me.

Regular games? Modern Warfare 2, Dragon Age Origins and Mass Effect 2. Fallout 3 with all the DLCs is nice too. Did you try GTA IV? Two DLCs for it too (second one coming out shortly). I will be very surprised if those won't keep you busy the entire winter... 30h days at your place? ;)

Yes, I think there's one for Battlestations: Pacific too. I didn't really enjoy the demo of Battlestations: Midway, because I didn't understand the controls. I don't remember if that was because there was no tutorial, or because I just didn't pay attention.

Ninja Gaiden 1 and 2 are must haves, IMO. Occasionally frustrating, but beautiful and fun as hell.

I can't really comment much on the overall list, but Braid and Shadow Complex are two must have XBLA games, IMHO.

I can only mention PS3 games here, but Uncharted was AMAZING and I'm sure Uncharted 2 is going to be just as good if not better. Also get MGS4 if you haven't played it yet either. Ninja Gaiden is insanely difficult. I wasn't impressed by Valkyria Chronicles. haven't played the others.

I rented GTA 4 for the PS3 earlier this year and hated how clunky and slow the controls/camera felt. Especially the driving. It feels like you're trying to drive a shopping cart full of led.

As for the fighting, i tried it and got owned every time, where as in GTA 3 and Vice City you could mash circle and kill them every time.

Just so you know, there's no reason to get saint's row 1 if you get saint's row 2. IMO the same can be said for R6V

Why? I understand Rainbow Six, but there is a lot of references from SR1 in SR2, and Saints Row 1 was a fun game with a different story. SR1 (aside from the control scheme) is actually better than SR2 in a lot of ways IMO.
