Would this be a funny prank?

I got up for my 10:30am Dr. Pepper break... I just had a thought: What if you took a tack-strip...like what they use to secure carpet and duct-taped it to the inside of the trap door on a Coke machine. It's the weight of the coke can that opens the door when you get a drink.

With this force, it would likely pierce the coke can and result in the person buying the drink to get soaked when they pick up the can.

I don't have any enemies at the moment, but it's good to be prepared for battle just in case. 😉

I dunno but those tack strips hurt like hell if you step on one barefoot

it would be real funny, when someone reaches their hand inside and cuts their fingers off.

Yea, this is a stupid prank idea. I agree with the Cat Killer on this one. 38

There are good practical jokes, and there are attempts at pranks that cross the fine line to be considered simple criminal mischief. I'd say this falls into the latter category.

WHAT?! You have got to be kidding, right?

DING DING DING DING...

Oh, and it's always a great time for a Dr. Pepper, especially if it means leaving work for a few minutes (that's why we won't use the pop machine...just gotta get out sometimes!)

I'm not talking about setting this up and leaving it. Just a thought of being mean to a coworker.....but it wouldn't work cause I already ran this idea by all of them. 😀

This is all hypothetical. I don't believe in putting nails somewhere that someone would get hurt. That's just not a responsible thing to do.

I believe my formulation is still correct.

* > Dr. Pepper.

Would you rather take mathematical advice from someone whose screen name is based on an integral or a grocery store?

Although, in the regarding the case of Dr. Pepper (pun intended), grocery stores might be more accurate. However, math doesn't lie. Therefore, I win!

Yay! Cookie for me!

What are the numbers behind your posts about? Counting how many posts it takes before someone asks?

Okay OP: Suppose I high-5 you with a tack taped to my palm, and force you to pay $1 for the pivaledge. How are you going to feel afterwards?

What's up with the numbers safeway?

Any prank that has the potential to cause harm to person, or damage to property is not ok. Soda spewing over somebody's cloths qualifies as damage, and someone already mentioned the potention to cut someones fingers.

Ummm....It would still work.. I doubt that your co -workers will check for tack strip inside the soda machine before getting their drink...

The only difference is, now they will know exactly who to sue.
