Would the topic of national security fall under the category of domestic politics or foreign policy?

foreign... national security usually implies protecting the US (or any country) from foreign attackers, even if they're already here (ie. spies, sleeper cells, etc) so i would say foreign policy
people who, aside from official nationality, want to harm a given country toward the end of supporting another country or organization

domestic politics would apply more toward the oklahoma city attacks IMHO
