Would something like this work as a game server?

First I'm not worried about my IP address changing because fios almost never changers it. I also believe intel is coming out with some new nuc's soonish so this could change.
I would like to set up a low power homer server for running a game or two. I know ram is more important that processor performance in this area correct? I'd load it with whatever the max memory is (16 or 32GB).

and I doubt I'd ever see more than 6 people logged into the game at once.

We can't answer any questions unless you specify what games you want to serve. Minecraft, BF2, you could host on nearly anything. ARK, that's a different story.

I'd have to poke around when I'm not at work (web filtering), but IIRC, 7 days has a pretty high CPU clock speed requirement.
