Evidence for that? Maybe people see the US as 'weak' because it's clearly so divided, and has such a dysfunctional political system. But where's the evidence that term applies to Biden as an individual?

In any case 'weak' is still better than 'uncertain which side he is on', which is how I'd describe Trump. That guy's dysfunction probably couldn't be captured in a single word like 'weak', but he clearly had a power-worshipping streak to him, alternating between looking to bully anyone he saw as weaker than him and wanting to win the approval of those he perceived as strong (probably Putin above all). It had to have something to do with his relationship with his father, I reckon.

This is just stupid. Why print, or air, a single thing that Putin says. He lies as easily as he breathes. AFAIK, the cyber attacks crippling various US institutions recently have been launched not from China but from Russia. I'm not worried about Chinese eating my lunch. It's not like the GQP could turn the whole party around and embrace Russia like the victorious ally Trump wanted them to. They didn't build his wall. They didn't do shit about healthcare he said he was doing. Trump was corraled a decent amount by the GQP, who was not quite sure how far they could go to betray their country for Trump with at the time. After all that did hold power so no need to completely surrender to Russia yet. Now after the election we know that they are more willing to do so.

But all the evidence shows not only did Trump's campaign try to coordinate with the Russians, Trump took the knee to Putin on the world stage. On camera.
