Would like to share this tidbit....

I'm 6'2 220.... Eight weeks ago, I was 228.

Joined a gym, been playing 3-4 hours of racquetball/week and lifting weights 2x/week.

I'm also eating more regular. I try to eat something for breakfast...usually a banana with a little peanut butter. I'm also eating lunch out less, which is saving a little money and a lot of fat/calories.

I'm not dieting, just trying to be a little more active and healthier.

I just moved into a new apartment complex, and have been making use of their on-site workout room myself. 30 minutes a night on the eliptical, followed by some weights.

5'10, 235ish, shooting for 200 by the end of the year (if not more :) )

Eating in smaller portions and eating regular, on top of regular exercise does help. Kudos.

Now I just came out of the washroom and lost 2lbs, can I get a chocolate chip cookie now? :p

I lost about 10 pounds in the past 3 weeks, just been not eating alot. Usually I'll eat a late lunch, and then go into work at 4, eat a bag of popcorn around 9, then go home at midnight. Seems to be working alright, not really hungry at any time. If I can lose another 15, I'll be happy. I guess I'm doing the opposite of what you are doing with regard to the exercise/diet thing.
