I'm 6'2 220.... Eight weeks ago, I was 228.
Joined a gym, been playing 3-4 hours of racquetball/week and lifting weights 2x/week.
I'm also eating more regular. I try to eat something for breakfast...usually a banana with a little peanut butter. I'm also eating lunch out less, which is saving a little money and a lot of fat/calories.
I'm not dieting, just trying to be a little more active and healthier.
