Would it be possible to stream in 4k on a mobile device over 4g lte if we had a device that support it ?

Amazon says at least 15mbps, while Netflix recommends 25mbps. 4G LTE can provide 30+ mbps max speeds in real life.

Verizon recently hit 1.45Gbps in NYC in a 4G LTE test:
The trial involved aggregating four carriers of licence-assisted access (LTE-LAA) spectrum with licensed PCS and AWS spectrum, according to ZDNet. It also relied on 256 quadrature amplitude moderation (256 QAM) and 4x4 multiple-input multiple-output (4x4 MIMO) technologies -- the latter antenna tech is available in 1,100 locationsnationwide.

Ofr course it can, the speed is there. But on such a small screen its a total waste.

How much of that stream is for enhanced audio (atmos, etc) which would be equally wasted on a small screen with speakers that won't do it justice....
