Currently it has 128MB pc100 SoDIMM w/ 750MHz P3 while using Windows XP Pro.
Because of the rediculous cost of buying this memory direct from Dell, I'm actually thinking of selling this and getting something new.
Specs
Using it for web browsing, emailing, maybe some programming and perhaps a dual boot with RedHat.
Hdd is 10GB, so 5gig each just might get me by.
Is it worth upgrading?

yes, its worth it.
ram is always worth it because its cheap from places like www.crucial.com.
also, i think you could get a higher processor speed on that p3, but check if the motherboard supports it.
p3's are cheap, if they are still available for sale.
im pretty sure the hdd can be upgraded too

You are running w/ 128? You will see a huge difference.... but I would go at least to 512.

512 is the max for that Dell, and 256 is the max per module, so if I plan on using the 128 that's in there now my max is 384mb. Even so, that should be an improvement.
