Would getting a bunch of Amish people to build your house be worthwhile?

I had the Amish construct our home in Tennessee, and no I did not have to go through a contractor. Very nice work, although its a pain to go out in freezing rain and take a dump. But you get used to it after a while.

Was it quality work?

I.E. was the house 'solid'? Did the floorboards bow/feel like they'd fall through? Or did the house feel like it could withstand an earthquake?

I kid, but I have seen houses built by the Amish community near me. Looked just as solid as nay other builder.
