Possibly, but I think you can assume people know not to mix any household cleaners/chemicals.

Oh wait, there's that Darwin thing working.

Also the heat in your dishwasher will kill anything.

and OP, yeah, don't mix ammoia and bleach unless you want cyanide poisioning.

You learn something new everyday... I did not know this.

You did not know this because it's wrong. Cyanide contains carbon, there is no carbon in ammonia or bleach, therefore it's not possible to create cyanide from those things.
