Would a Zalman HP cooler be good enough for an OCed GF3?

Hi.
Heres the situation;
Im selling my old GF3 Ti200 to a friend soon. I know that he complains about how loud his PC is. So i was thinking of putting my Zalman ZM80C on it, which was a "left over" after i realised that even with a 92mm fan blowing on it, it sucks for 9700pro`s.
Anyway.
The GF3 Ti200, with a Crystal Orb on it, would hit 230 core & 510 mem. My friend wants it in its OCed state.
Would the HP be good enough to cool a OCed GF3 Ti200? Ran passivly.
With average case ventilation.

Shouldn't see a problem - the guys at HotHardware (IIRC) used the ZM80A on an OCed geForce4 Ti4200 in a "low noise" environment.

And you should also inform your friend that he's got conflicting hardware interests - OCing and Silent aren't happy bedfellows. Not saying it can't be done - it's just a bitch.

Hes running a XP1800.
The shop he brought the shop from, gave him crappy cooling componets. He has 1 80mm cooling fan, a 60mm CPU fan and a 90mm PSU fan. Its 100x louder than my case, and that has 10 fans in it! And his existing video is passive! (Gainward GF4 MX440).
Ive yet to ask him if hes willing to pay an extra tenner for the Zalman. If not, he`ll have to make do with a Crystal Orb. I was thinking less noise for him`d be handy, as hes getting ADSL soon. And he plans to keep his PC on almost 24/7. For various reasons.

Antec Sonata case with 2x 120mm fans running at the lowest speeds possible.

So you good->v.good ventiliation.
My mate has a generic midi tower with 1x80mm exhaust. Crap ventilation.
If he has a place for a 80mm intake, then i`ll add a fan there for him.

Actually no. Because my fans are running so slow, my ventilation is poor. But I prefer quietness over speeds as I'm sure I can overclock higher if I got cooler air inside my case.

My motherboard temps are high, from 30-40. But my front fan does lightly blow over my heatpipe.
