Would a Thoroughbred work with a KT133A mobo?

Hi.
Ive just noticed a Thoroughbred XP1600-M for sale at a UK Store.
It required 1.45v, my KT7A will do that.
It required a 266FSB, my KT7A will do that as well.

So would one work?
Cos then i can just plop one into my system, and raise the multiplyers till it maxes out.

Possible?

Are you 100% sure?
I have the latest bios, version A9, which is several years old.
I ask, because, my board was supposed to have cold boot problems with Palimos (spelling!), which im running atm without problems.
