i'm scrambling to find a gift for my gf and so far i'm considering a tempurpedic pillow from brookstone ($100)...

yes i know anything over $10 for a pillow is insane... but how would you like it as a gift?

edit: and yes i saw the insanely large pillow deals thread

yeah i spent a good 30 minutes SKIMMING that thread and i came to the conclusion that the brookstone one is the biggest ripoff but has the best overall quality. also i need a gift by friday so i'm in a bit of a rush  i also like how brookstone has a seemingly lifetime exchange policy (?) on the pillow since they generally lose their firmness after a year or two.

i was also considering the perfect pillow that was pretty popular in that thread... but we'll see.

Sam's club sells a no name version for 35ish. It feels the same to me.
