No one can defeat my quantum singularity powered Intel Googo Core at 16PHz, with 4096PB of DDR16 RAM, and hexa SLI'ed 2TB 100,800GTX Ultras.

I get 100 FPS on Supreme Commander.

that's because it's a single core.... Supreme Commander uses 32 Cores.

Quad is to 4 as Googo is to 100,000

Maybe he doesn't have the right patches installed, Microsoft came up with some updates for processors with greater than 50,000 cores.

On a serious note, I hope somebody saves these threads for a few decades and compares it to what really happens. In numerical terms, I'm sure we'd be shocked to see the *bit values, RAM sizes, clock speeds, and bandwidth that we'll be using in 30 years.

Shocked? Not really. It's only the logical progression.

Maybe a little amused at our sarcasm though.... 😉

Oh God. Seriously? Help me. Are you telling me my QLATC PC isn't real? 😉

back to the question at hand "32 cores or 16"..... your answer is YES IMHO, anyone else with me on this?
although I hear the 32 can bake you a cookie when you're sad.

Don't worry guys, VERTIGGO is just a masquerade put on by my Neuronet X1055 processor. It's more intelligent than you.

Yeah, right. That system's nowhere near fast enough to get 100 FPS in Supreme Commander. I mean, if you had said 50-60 FPS, I might have believed you.

edit: I go away for a week, and this is what you guys have been up to?
