Summary: not all power supplies are created equal, but you can tell a lot by reading the labels. A PSU should meet your power requirements on each individual rail, not just the sum total. A quick peek at those "See it!" photos could steer you clear of an inadequate unit whose individual outputs are inadequate despite a seemingly-large 400W or 450W overall rating.

bad psu brands just buy the psu from a real psu manufacturers and put whatever they want on the label.
