Worth of my computer

A friend recently shown interest in purchasing my gaming computer, which I built 2 years ago. I am thinking of selling it to him and use that money to build a new one. I've been out of the loop with computer parts the past couple of years, and I am hoping if you guys can give me an appraisal on how much my computer is worth now. The specs are:

CPU: Intel i7 950 3.07ghz
RAM: 12GB
HD: 120GB first generation SSD and a 1TB HD
VID CARDS: Two AMD 6870

If you guys could give me an idea of how much these items would cost these days and I will add in the cost of the case, power supply, etc.

Could always check ebay for a general idea of prices. Filter out items by going through the completed, sold listings.

Checked Ebay/FSFT for used prices lately? That'd be a start.

But how much are they worth? Exactly what someone would pay for them. No more, no less.
