Yeah definately, think of it like BF2.5 its a great stopgap until BF3 comes along.

I got it for Christmas ($20 hard copy), and the SP campaign is actually pretty good. Sort of the usual procession of missions with various objectives and vehicles, but fun, and it took all of yesterday to finish (with some interruptions). Definitely worth $20 in my view, so it's a steal for $7 on Steam.

Only played one MP game so far, seemed as fun as I expected it to be, given that I've liked every BF game since 1942.
