Worth having / running both S&D and Adaware?

run both, each catches things the other does not and there are not any bad effects of running both (but dont run the scans at the exact same time, i run spybot then adaware)

For scans, they complement eachother to a degree. I usually run one right after the other during bi-weekly sweeps. I probably wouldn't want them resident in memory at the same time, though; AV / anti-malware software tends to not like to cooperate with others of its kind.

^ Agree 99%; I usually run Adaware first, then Spybot, but either way ;) .
