Worth getting Arkham city again for DLC and HD?

I played, loved and finished arkham city on the PS3. It's on steam now dirt cheap for the next 6 hours.

I notice there are new missions, this harleys revenge stuff. I was considering buying and wondered if it's any good and how many levels there are?

Also, are the graphics in this game jaw dropping or average on a decent rig?

My main interest is the DLC.

oh also, I never played arkham asylum and it's in the bundle. Worth playing or is this worse than AC?

Yes! Arkham Asylum is great to go through if you haven't yet. It's not open world and you can't' fly through the city with the grappling but otherwise all of the same quality of gameplay there.
