Worth buying a used factory-overclocked Titan Black?

I right now have GTX 780 Ti but now some games and it seems that 3GB VRAM is just not enough for ultra settings in a few games. If I sold my GTX 780 Ti for $350 would it be worth buying a used factory-overclocked Titan Black if I could get one for around $550?

Buy an EVGA 980, then step up to the 8GB version later is what I'd do. I'm assuming there will be a step-up, there was for the 6GB 780.

If the game needs 6GB of VRAM at 1080p for Ultra settings you're going to want to have more at higher resolutions.

If it was new I'd say go for it. There's more than simply raw FPS and the Titan offers that in spades. I guess it depends on how you feel about used.
