Worst weightlifting accidents

At my school's weight room, the weight racks are at a decline, so if you start to put a weight on and let go, it will slide into place. Well, I was putting a 45 lbs weight back on the rack when someone said something to me. So, I turned, and as I did, I brushed up against the weight rack, and then the weight slipped out of my hand and slid down the rack. Of all the luck, my dick somehow managed to get in between the weights already on the rack and the one coming down, and it got squashed pretty hard. The tip turned black and blue for a week or two, and then a bunch of dried skin peeled off. I wonder what everyone was thinking when I suddenly yelped out in pain and started running around in a circle to try and make the pain go away. I eventually had to run up to the bathroom and massage it for a few seconds to make the pain tolerable.

Somehow, it got me through my shorts and boxers. It had to have a one in a thousand shot, but damn, it hurt.


 
Well I was doing close grip bench presses....there are two studs for the bar to go on on each side - the lower one had the weight clips on them (for some reason I thought I didn't need them). My last rep I had a lot of trouble getting the bar back up. I could barely make it to the first stud but the weight clips were there so I ended up resting the bar on my chest. About 5 seconds later the plates on one side dropped and then the other side sunk down and those plates fell off. 🙁 Just embarressing really 🙁
 
A friend of mine had the bar stuck on his neck while doing declines. He would have choked to death if it wasn't for others in the gym noticing his face turning blue.
 
I got pinned under the bench at the end of the day, just to tired to get it off, so I had to dump it to one side
