People like to flame me because I'll post something when my mental illness is acting up and then not be able to explain myself. Does that count? (You said "worst" poster, not the most irritating or worthless. Each will get you a different list)
 
Probably anyone who reflexively posts SPIDER.

Not to threadjack, but my favorite poster by far is RobCur. He is fantastic.
