You're right about secret window, funny the story is about a guy being accused of plagairism and the whole story is just a big rehash of other author's stories.

The worst part about Dreamcatcher: watching Damian Lewis go from playing "Major Winters" to playing "Gary Jones."

Truly a bad movie. It strayed from the book way too much.

Definitely not the worst movie

I submit, Thin Red Line, My Boss's Daughter, AI, Crazy Beautiful, Blair Witch, Knock Off, Glitter and Gigli. All of which makes Dreamcatcher look Oscar worthy

yes, definitely NOT the worst movie evar. reading the book first helps. what can i say, Stephen King is a sick, twisted man. that explains a lot of it.

How can you say it was the worst movie ever? Any movie that has a grown man use a pistol as a telephone to his friend who is stuck in his own mind can't be that bad, I had never laughed so hard then when that guy picked up his phone and said "Jonesy, I knew it was you" I couldn't stop laughing at that part...on another note, during a Thin Red Line, we actually took out our cell phones and called people because it was so bad...

Oy. Such a bad movie. Why in the world would somebody inflict this kind of crap on other people? It's a struggle for a person to see this movie and continue to believe in the creative potential of humanity. There aren't enough words for how bad this movie are.

It was even worse than Wishmaster, which used to be at the top of my list of absolutely terrible movies. Still, judging from the crappy FX, I do think that the same person could have been responsible for the amazingly fake looking blood in each movie.

I think that everybody in this movie, with the exeception of Morgan Freeman, should be banned from acting, on the grounds that seeing their faces will trigger suppressed memories this trauma and make us relive the utter stupidity all over again.

LOL..i forgot about that..WTF was he using his gun as a phone and Tom sizemore sitting next to him thinks its nothing to be worried about? Like he's not looney? Sure, he used a gun as a phone but i'll still trust my life to him and go against my commanding officer, face court marshal etc...

if someone next to me used a loaded gun as a phone, i'd get the steppin'.

Good thing you judged the movie before you've seen it. Now that's what I call an informed opinion!

If Hitler had made a movie, how many Jews would want to see it?

Just because someone doesn't want to see something doesn't automatically make them misinformed

Dreamcatcher wasn't that bad if you compare it to Battlefield Earth or Chronicles of Riddick My Review here.

Don't forget Starship Troopers 2: Hero of the Federation

(That movie sucked, even with boobies..)

ROFL... there was a Starship Troopers 2? Ignorance is bliss.

Can someone please EXPLAIN the end of Dreamcatcher? Was the retard a space police alien in disguise as a retard? .......

Btw, I find it funny that all those highly intelligent morphed out space aliens couldn't reach OUT of the forest to infest the world thru the water system as orignally intentioned. That race of aliens would OWN us sooo easily.

I used to like his books when I was younger (haven't read any in years) but all the movies made from them almost always suck major ass. Shawshank Redemption is an exception though.
