sent me 2 junk mobo does not work at all, which they pull right out of their ancient computer. they lied about being MSI but is really compaq crap. been waiting 2 weeks so far for a refund since they received the package as confirmed by USPS on 2/2/04, called today technician paul said he never got around to it, been busy and even ask me what the box looks like. seems like they are giving me the run around and expecting me to forget about it. This company tick me off so much I swear I will not stop bugging them till i get my money back..
btw, you have to sign sign an RMA form from their website under their condition that states that if found to be working, their is 35 fee or 20 percent restocking fee if refund, then fax to them before they give you RMA# which is bs. I'm wasting alot of time and frustration, the $$$ it cost me to have it ship both way plus deal with their half ass attitude is just dumb.

I will call back at 5 today and if he still gives me run around saying" i'been busy, will get it to it later..etc, I will have my cc do a reverse charge instead as a last resort.
