Yeah that was utterly bizarre to watch. Something to keep in mind when watching the video is China's insane drinking culture, where almost any kind of social gathering involves heavy drinking.

Its very likely that one or both of the involved parties were drunk at the time of the accident, and maybe even some of the bystanders.

seriously. couldnt believe that intersection wasnt lit up at night

also couldnt believe that people on bikes would run through a pitch black intersection when the only light you COULD see was clearly coming from an oncoming fucking vehicle.

2. Gave everyone between 10 and 16 a license

Eh, definitely not the worst intersection. It's controlled, not busy, etc. Accidents are due to stupidity.

If you've never seen the video of that Russian intersection that's like 6 lanes in each direction, completely uncontrolled, an super busy, well, then you've never seen the world's worst intersection.

that video reminds me some of the scenes from ice road truckers: deadliest road. The way the people drive in India is crazy.
