I received the following e-mail from the acupuncturist today:
"Thank you for your response. I've contacted Rash Curtis already to remove my claim against you. This was done only a minute ago.
I would appreciate you updating your reviews as you mentioned in your email below.
Please let me know, if you have any questions."
Incredible. Seems like she was touched by the holiday spirit and/or decided to do the right thing after all.

1. File a complaint with the BBB's website.
2. File a compliant with the CA Acupuncture Board website.
3. File a complaint with Groupon via certified mail.
4. File a complaint with the CA Attorney General via certified mail.
5. Send a letter requesting proof of debt to the collection agency via certified mail.
6. Write a negative review on Yelp, Google, MDreviews, etc.
Kept copies of EVERYTHING.
