Kick her out.

Can't, her name is on the lease also. 2 bedroom apartment.

Stop paying your part of the rent. Then she will be on the hook for the whole payment. That should force her to move out.

I'm generally not in favor of tossing anyone out, but the things this girl has done have gone over the line. Don't let her take advantage of you like this.

can't toss her out. We're responsible for our own room. Each room have it's own lease. That way, if a roomate move out, the other won't get the burden of paying for it.

That's how the apartment are structure here in Blacksburg, VA.

Hoenstly, take my advice. I was with my ex for over 2 1/2 yrs and she was all I knew. We split up and a week later she told me she was over me. I was sooooo freaking pissed at her that I punched a wall and broke my hand/wrist (mistake 1), than a week or 2 later she told me she had gotten off with some other guy a week after we split. We are still friends although she really wants me back and she keeps badgering me to get back with her and I put up with it (mistake 2).

Your ex is out of your life for a reason, and if she doesn't want you back, but just wants sex then tell her no. Bear in mind the feelings you had when you saw them together every time you feel that she is trying to take advantage of you (eg. the rent situation) or tries to coerce you into something. You don't have to tell her to fcuk off, just be real blunt about your answer.

Believe me, heartache is a whole lot harder when you can see, smell and touch what you are missing. Is like a drug addict trying to get off drugs when he is a dealer.....

Good for her!!

You never, evar take a key and simply walk in unannounced, what the hell were you thinking?

Dude that sucks but really opening a door to your ex gf apartment without calling ahead or an invitation...not a very smart thing to do...but hey look at the bright side..it would have been worse if you had caught them doing it..

truth is if i was him id kick your ass for opening the door with that key..since ur not her bf anymore u shouldnt be doing that

btw, don't mind me. I have a real thing against people who drop in and don't bother to call or anything. They always seem to arrive at the most inopportune time. which in your case was the true cuz you got an eyefull

Wait...so she has her own room in your old apartment yet you found her sleeping in your room?

Not really. It's a 2 bedroom apartment but when we were together, most of our stuff is in my room. So she always sleep in my room. Her room is for storage.

Something like that

I seriously think I hate you when you make dumbass statements like that.

Hating someone on the internet for what they said, is a bit.... sad.....

What someone says, someone says, regardless of if it is on the internet, in person, or over any other kind of media. The meaning of the words do not change. Thus, while I can't say I REALLY hate her, if I WOULD hate her had she said the things she says in person, its only natural to assume that if I actually knew her, it would be the same.

Someones opinion is just as valid over the internet as if it were spoken face to face or over the phone. Even more so because they have taken the time to right it down. Its not sad to disagree with/hate them because its over the internet, because its still the same opinion. Its just sad to hate them for a stupid reason.

Shrug,I don't much care whether you "hate" me or not

Going to that girl's bedroom unannounced simply because "he was in a good mood" and thought he'd gift the
biatch with a lil'l cocktail weinie is not only dumb but could have gotten the crap kicked out of him.

Its his apartment.
She's been saying how much she misses him and whatnot.
If she'd been telling the truth, she would have been peasantly surprised.
He already said he wasn't looking for sex.

To say good for her is the stupidest thing you could possibly say. If someone said that in front of me, THEY would be the ones getting the crap kicked out of them. She's a b!tch, and to even think of taking her side is moronic.
