I'd say there are places with much worse drivers. However, Russia probably has the worst cars. You literally can suffocate walking down the street from the insane exhaust coming out of the busses.

i went there last year; these people have some b@lls on the road... its freaking amazing how i didnt see or wasnt myself in any accident...

I don't doubt some of that story, but the "single day" part is BS. The lighting is different, the quality is different, the angle is different, etc. Also, the tire marks magically dissapear after every crash... This is obviously over a long period of time.

and how the hell do they manage to clean that scene up every time...those cars and trucks just blow up intoa million pieces...
