Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch: Nothing
Dinner: Pan fried sirloin steak, corn, mashed potatoes (garlic), and macaroni salad.

Unless you just woke up really late and your dinner is your first meal, it's not a good idea to wait till dinner to eat anything..
I've done it nearly every day for the past ten years.

Really bad day, I feel really fat and full.

Breakfast: 2 big bagles and 3 eggs.
Lunch: Whole grain wheat bread with some hummus (only thing that was good)
Dinner: 3 1/2 Wendy's double stacks with no cheese and no sauce (tried to make it a little healthy)

Buuuuuuuuuuuuugh, I'm never doing that again.

Don't lie to yourself the first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem.

Breakfast: Cranberry juice.

Lunch: Salmon, a large serving of mixed greens, rice, and a chicken dish I threw together consisting of diced chicken, tomatoes, portabella mushrooms, green onions, and napa cabbage. Drink: water.

Dinner: Same as lunch except I also had a few stalks of asparagus to make up for having less mixed greens than during lunch. Drink: water.
