Worst diet ever today!

Breakfast: toaster waffles with crunchy peanut butter and lite syrup

Lunch: pan fried roast beef with vidalia onions, green pepper, fresh crushed garlic, teryaki sauce and monterey jack cheese on hoagie rolls with lettuce and tomato and some mayonaise and an ice cold Pepsi

Mid day snack: Doritos with cream cheese

Dinner: BLT sandwiches on the rest of the hoagie rolls (cooking the bacon right now)

No, I don't normally eat like this, but I've had cravings lately. I think I'm preggers 😉😀
 
Breakfast: Honey Bunches of Oats + milk, 3 cups orange juice
No Lunch
Dinner: Meatloaf, potatoes au gratin, cole slaw and chocolate peanut butter chip cookies (invited my parents over for dinner)
 
Breakfast: 2 Croissants with butter and a cinnamon muffin with OJ

Graduation Party #1: 2 big BBQ sandwiches, 1 ham/cheese/mayo sandwich, bunch of chips, 2 mini-quiches, several handfuls of peanut M&M's, one piece of cake and a bunch of lemonade

Graduation Party#2 (An hour later): 4 pieces of hot wing style chicken, a bunch of chips, 2 bottles of water, and a piece of cake.

ugh, I'm so full right now.

Lunch1: burrito (black beans, cheese, ms.renfro's nacho jalapenos and salsa, sour cream)

lunch: spicy tendercrisp sandwiches from BK and a can of pepsi
dinner: 2 slices of pizza and a can of mountain dew

Dinner: I drove to Boston and had Mexican. Two huge burritos. 🙂

Lesson learned: Never ever drive to Boston when the Red Sox are playing. 2.5 hour drive home when normally it's <25 minutes.

Lunch N/A stomach hurts to much from last night
4:00 PM ham and cheese sandwich.

Feel like I'm gonna throw up every once in awhile now. 🙁

Lunch >Hot Dogs (Ball Park Beef Grillers) over wood fire, baked beans (Bush's) KC Masterpiece OMGWTFBBQ kettle chips

Dinner > skipped.

Unless you just woke up really late and your dinner is your first meal, it's not a good idea to wait till dinner to eat anything..

 
Woke up at 12. From about 12-4 I had a slice of pizza an hour (pizza hut triple cheese stuffed crust w/ mushrooms). At 7 or so I had a large slice of pumpkin pie and a can of salmon with a bit of mayo.

really? I do it on a regular basis... never really even thought of it before. just so happens that I wake up, run out the door without eating anything and don't eat anything at work because I'm trying not to eat out, which makes dinner my first/only meal most days.
 
it is 8:45pm and i just had 1/4 head lettuce and two slices provolone. that is it today, besides my normal gallons of coffee.

Breakfast: Oatmeal with low-carb Hood milk, kiwi, and flaxseed. Protein shake.

Lunch: Turkey burger on low-carb whole wheat bread, apple with peanut butter.

Dinner: Grilled chicked, kale, strawberries with plain full-fat yogurt, full-fat sugar free chocolate ice cream, 1 glass of wine.
 
Breakfast - Nothing
Lunch - Fried chicken with rice on the side
Dinner - Buffalo Pizza from Pizza Hut... Yeah I'm not eating healthy at all today.
