Worst Company in America, Vote Now!

hmm.. that's difficult. So many bad ones to choose from. I have a special place in hell reserved for Paypal and Comcast though, so hopefully they make it to the finals.

No tobacco companies listed?
No big pharma?
No big health insurers?
No brewers/distillers?

Fail contest is chock full of rich fail.

This. There's several companies that shouldn't be on the bracket at all.

Note though, I'm assuming 'Worst'(EA) and 'Stupid'(Netflix) are different things. 😛

Most of their names aren't recognizable enough.

"Man I don't know who the fuck 'Philip Morris' is man but fuck Netflix for adjusting their prices in response to their content provider's increased perceived value of their contract!"

my predictions:

boa, ticketmaster, gamestop, walmart, at&t, apple, comcast, ea win their 1st round

boa beats walmart and comcast beats at&t in the semi-finals

boa and comcast in the finals - there are no winners

paypal!!!!!!!!!!

although some of their brackets don't make sense. facebook vs sprint, wtf?

and i have no problem with either usps or ups.

No big oil either.

Between big oil and the financial sector you'd have a hard time lining them up so as to save bullets.

This is the Consumerist; so I'm assuming to qualify a company has to service Joe Everyman.

Joe doesn't buy pills from Eli Lilly, he gets them from Wal-Mart or CVS.
He doesn't buy gasoline from BP, he goes to Shell/Chevron/etc.

we have bp stations here :colbert:

my final 4

Chase and Paypal
Verizon and Best Buy

The final would be Chase vs Best Buy

Best Buy would win by a blowout.

EA would have made my final four if it were in a different bracket.
