Tough choice. Going to have to give the edge to Kay because they are so damned corny.
 
I'd say neither, those freecreditreport.com are more annoying to me.

the lipsync doesn't even match in the hip-hop one in the trashed honda.
 
He went to Jared! Is the gayest thing ever.
Although every kiss begins with Kay is also sending out the wrong message I think the He Went To Jared is dumber.

Oh, STFU already. There's another one (different jeweler) which says, "Nobody pays retail for a diamond anymore." Hey, numbnuts, then what you're charging is "retail" now.

I hate all jewelry store ads. If you need to advertise that badly, obviously your store is garbage.

At least they have a nice jingle.

Also, there's some new Church's Chicken commercial out there that's horrible, I don't know if they dubbed over the guy's voice or what. So many bad commercials out there...just gotta tivo and skip em when you can.

The entire commercial screams at me to set fire to my TV.

And for their punishment, I decree that the advertising department for Jared be subjected to the inane ramblings of Paula Abdul and Margot Kidder while enclosed in a sound proof room. They will be let out ONLY AFTER their eyes begin to bleed and their ears become a mass of gelatinous goo. [bangs gavel]

I personally like the tag line "every kiss begins with k". I wonder how much the sonofabitch that thought up that line is making, what like $9.50/hour?

I have moved three times in the last four years, and I LOVED not hearing those commercials when I moved from Oregon to Vegas. Although, it was then that I got my first taste of "It can onnnlllllyyyyyyy beeeeeee Jaaaaarrreed!!111!!!OMFGIHAVEBONER"

I was quite disappointed when I moved to Atlanta and I heard this on the radio, "Now you have a friend in the diamond business. The shane company, in marietta, alpharetta..." FUCK. And I have to deal with those stupid-ass Jared commercials too.

And there is another annoying local jeweler who tries to make fun of the big jewelers, and it's NOT FUNNY. You others in the ATL know what I'm talking about.
 
Hence why I went to a more private jeweler cuz both of those commercials make me want to gouge my eyes out with a dull spoon.

I hate the one where they are in the restaurant and the manager guy freaks out and does the "he went to Jared's" deal and then lights some dish on fire and does the hand waving thing over it. Really pisses me off for some reason. The little hand waving thing.
 
I like the French waiter/manager who gets all flustered when he realizes "He went to Jared!"

Other then that, yeah, the commercials are nauseating, Kay's and Jared's.
 
Both are equally shitty, but the jared one has been on my nerves lately. Apparently crystallized carbon is the only way to show you care about someone.

In related thoughts, fuck diamonds.

That's in a class by itself. It's not fair to compare other annoying commercials to Head-On since Head-On is positively the most annoying product plug ever conceived in the history of the world. I would like to take the executives for Head-On and place them in a locked room with "Head-On...Apply directly to the forehead!" blasting non-stop. The ensuing bloodbath would be cathartic.
 
Both commercials have the innate ability to make me switch the station as fast as possible...great advertisements!
