My Audit class in my Masters program. Despite studying the material, I still had trouble getting any of the multiple-choice questions right. Granted, I had some stuff going on back then that distracted me from my classes, but the language they use in describing some of the concepts in Audit makes me scratch my head.

Math Methods for Physicists
Too much math and not enough applicability. Please, Riemann surfaces are useless... everyone knows this... stop teaching them to people that don't need/want to learn them

Also, Intro to Engineering when I used to be an engineer. That class was so stupid and pointless that I dropped the engineering major and switched to science. They made engineering look like a business course... I don't need to know how to market a product, business majors do that! And they distributed this really inaccurate program that we were supposed to use in designing a waterwheel and a wind turbine, but it was so off that you would get a better grade by just random guess and check. It was horrible. I only got an A because I was the only one in my group with enough brainpower to write a decent report. It gave me a bad impression of engineers from then on (only reinforced by a bad boss that was an EE). Luckily I know that not everyone conforms to the same impression. From the statistics I know that most of the engineering undergrads drop out of college or switch majors, so hopefully the retards I met in that class either didn't make it or became smarter.
